Pros

401k option is great. There are also a lot of talented, smart people who work here.

Cons

Messaging from the company is often inconsistent. The culture and overall morale experiences som bright spots but has some very low lows. One minute you're being told how important work life balance is. The next minute you're being told the only marker of your worth to the company is the amount of hours you bill. Leadership is inexperienced and there is a serious lack of diversity in all areas. Sadly, this often shows up as a lack of compassion for any situation that hasn't been experienced first hand.

Pros

Overall, this is a great place to work and grow if you're someone who likes to take initiative and be part of a collaborative team. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed here—people who consistently show up, contribute, and take ownership tend to thrive. The culture is people-first in a genuine way. Colleagues are kind, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s also a very family-friendly environment, which isn’t always common in a fast-paced, results-driven industry. Having a family is seen as a strength, not a limitation. For those early in their careers, the learning opportunities are strong—you get hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, which helps you ramp up quickly. You will be challenged here but it comes with growth and confidence. There's freedom to explore different areas, take on responsibility, and make an impact. The team is full of smart, experienced people who are willing to share what they know. And the physical workspace is a bonus—modern, updated and in a great location, not to mention half day Fridays in the summer.

Cons

Work life balance fluctuates but that’s the case with any high-performing agency. Things move quickly, and priorities can shift without much warning. Career paths aren’t always clearly defined, so advancement requires self-direction and initiative. Occasionally, there’s some resistance to change or a tendency to default to "how it’s always been done," which can slow progress. That said, for someone who’s driven and flexible, most of these challenges are manageable.

Pros

Nice coworkers who were welcoming and helpful.

Cons

The CEO created a sense of anxiety among employees. Random unannounced huddles, having people do two jobs at once, providing hypocritical feedback, etc. Seriously, people had a / in their job title. He also asked very personal questions about your family dynamic, which in my opinion, is very unprofessional. Not to mention referencing religious scripture in the workplace (which has no business in the workplace). Another red flag is there was no real HR department, which caught my attention within the first 10 minutes of my first day. Would not recommend this company even for a short amount of time, as there’s no real training structure. Ended up leaving pretty swiftly and was able to snag a job where I can now work on my own terms remotely and was properly trained.
