There are no pros for working for this company unless you really need health and dental but that is about it.
Cons
Management has you cold calling all day so that you can make appoinments which will results in no sales most of the time. 1 in 15 appointments will buy a car and you should see how long it takes to get someone in the door. All the good reviews are made up by management. They are depicable.
