Interesting clients to work with and good place to start your career in the localisation industry

Where to start! The moment you heard Management talking bad about someone behind their backs, Then you understand you are in the wrong place..: or if you feel that someone is always checking in on you.... like when you were at school then... you start to understand the there is many things wrong.... It is a very unfortunate circumstance that Management in London are so bad a delighting and actually communicating with they employees. They don’t care about their employees and you end up working out fair... they also lied to their employees about why people leave... saying that they let them go or they are not good enough..... I have manage people before and have worked with client services for over 10 years... never seen such behaviour.... very disappointed but nevertheless an experience to learn what not do in the future.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
