1. CEO has just visions but no proper planning 2. COO uses abusive language 3. CTO doesn't know programming. 4. Management uses Whatsapp group chats to get their work done and will message at 11pm or even at 1am to submit presentation and expect employees to work at night and submit as per deadline 5. No work life balance as after 6pm also your bond to work for the company. 6. Products are not completely developed and all the projects are during POC stage. 7. Management wants to sell off the company at the soonest after recovering their investments. 8. No job security and management expects each employee to learn and perform within a week so that they can fire the previous employee. 9. There is less of AI and more of machine learning and tricks on the products
