Pros

- Benefits, free soda, and chill coworkers. - Good entry job into the tech field. - Hires almost ANYONE they can get their hands on. - Does diversity hirings. (Don't know if this is actually a good or bad thing)

Cons

Too many to write about. One example: During my two-week notice, I was emailed about not getting paid the PFP (Pay For Performance) bonus (non-discretionary bonus) that I've earned. Seems like they changed their requirements to be eligible for a PFP Bonus during the time frame of when I put in my two weeks and the email response so they wouldn't have to pay my EARNED bonus (My personal speculation and opinion based on the said time frame and based on the initial PFP guidelines vs the one they emailed, which I had no knowledge of the change beforehand). Wouldn't recommend staying longer than 1 year (hard to move up the ladder, practically a dead-end job if you want career growth). Whoever reads this review, you are replaceable at this company if you're not in a management position. They say they care about their employees and try to make it seem so, but it's all a facade. Get your experience and get out, they'll find someone else to take your position.

Pros

Good work culture at my facility. Phenomenal management and truly team focused. Saying that still after 3 years of working there.

Cons

Most positions that are not normal repair technicians have to do 3 or more jobs. With the same pay or less that a senior repair technicians.

Pros

•You can watch/listen to whatever while you work for the most part •Camaraderie with coworkers

Cons

This is one of the most backwards corporate environments I’ve ever worked in. They constantly change the goal post based on whatever customer complaint is prevalent while also expecting you to maintain high output numbers without addressing the root of the problem. They thrive on short term solutions for long term problems. There is a total lack of transparency from the higher ups, with a near constant change to protocols and procedures without proper explanation nor implementation. After a mass layoff at my facility, the remainder of my team was told by the higher ups that we can only be seen as people when met in person whilst in the same breath told us they were watching us through the facility cameras. Repair techs are seen as a number and repair machine and not much else. Employee feedback is a joke and never taken into consideration, they only care about optics and output. There is no upwards movement within the company, only horizontal and adjacent positions with similar pay, yet more work expected of you.
