Pros
Tradeweb's electronic fixed-income platform is used by all major banks and also by lots of other banks and asset managers. So it's a well established brand. As Tradeweb can still be considered a start up, the atmosphere is "relaxed" and there is also no official dress code (important to some people). Good place to get to know the business of an ECN.
Cons
The learning curve is steep. But to be honest, after six months you know what you're supposed to know (of course depending on the department you're working in). The knowledge you gain is specific to Tradeweb's trading systems and other products, hence very narrowed.
