      I had amazing years with a great team. Possibility of rapid career progression when working at the head office.

      Cons

      Too many managers or level of management making the decision the process slow. Rare are the one who wants to own it and do it.

      Amazing people work there! Cross functional team collaboration

      Cons

      Compensation Work load Company always work lean. Never hires enough people to get the work done. Need to be a YES person.
