      Cons

      Unless you like a fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial workplace, don't consider us. There's never a dull moment here, and it's no place for the lazy!

      Pros

      Willing to work things out. Constant creative strategy Constant team players They take care of their employees and do not treat us like we are disposable. They care about everyone's input and are constantly doing what they can to make a better work environment and stay up to date on trends in our business. The open door style is nice. I have not worked with a more professional and equally understanding team.

      Cons

      There are a lot of meetings... had to put a con... there aren't many becaue if there is a problem they work together to find a solution. Really is a great team.
