      Family culture that spurs one another on to keep getting better to the benefit of everyone within the company. When you succeed everyone else succeeds and vice versa.

      Cons

      This is a very hard working company. That's not a con but just something to know, this job is not for someone who just wants something easy.

      true CE hours, no micromanagement, given a lot of trust, everyone here is super nice and helpful

      Pros

      Amazing group of people led by a hands-on leadership team who truly cares equally about both the business and the people. A true company that focuses on putting the client first but never losing site of the employee. Amazing teamwork where everyone is willing to jump in and help, regardless of title. Insurance can get crazy at times, but if you’re willing to do the work, you will not find a company that cares more about you while keeping the client focus
