if you have no experience this is a great place to start out. They give you a great training and really give you an honest introduction to medicare sales. They have decent plans and give you what you need to start out. Medicare sales is not for everyone It is a lot of hard work, you have to be out there in the street everyday no matter what the weather and in bad neiborhoods because that is were the sales are and you still have to meet your months sales goals. Cons
Your monthly sales goal is a bit high in my opinion. It was 15 per month when I was there. The base pay is high but you have to wait three months for your commission unlike other companies that give it to you right away but charge back any sales you lost. Also management is not very helpful once you get out of training. They feel that you should have learned enough that you should be on your own and know it all.
