      Pros

      Good learning opportunity for an year or two.Then move on to a better company.

      Cons

      Poor pay scale. Training not as intensive. Since field job, so no lunch facility in substations.Have to bring your own. Not MNC, but Gujarati culture.So only good for those from Gujarat. Mostly supervision work.

      > Good, stable & growth oriented Company > Job security

      Cons

      > May need to work sometimes overnight whenever you are in ROTA.

      Ability to grow on your own. You can decide what you want to do and work accordingly.

      Cons

      Sometimes work is not what you have signed up for. Have to do some compromise in order to get succeed.
