      Pros

      - relaxed creative environment - everyone is mostly self managed - all hands on deck attitude will get you experience in many fields - trade shows and convention work - good core group

      Cons

      - Not structured. Not really a "con" for a creative go-getter but if you need to be told what to do and how to do it in order to be productive, dont bother working here. - Very "LA lifestyle" office mentality that can come off fake or unnatural. Not the best place to making genuine connections with people.

      Small business - good talented people. Access to learning opportunities in different departments.

      Poorly managed, employees are not appreciated. Very high turn over rate

      Pros

      very loyal top management, as long as you're Italian or Japanese

      Cons

      Intelligent people in top management, yet they develop tunnel vision and selective amnesia when their business partners (with racial prejudices) decide to blame others for their own lack of oversight. Tiny company with big ambitions, yet not realized still in their nearly 20 years business life.
