Liked the company. Great culture. Lots of flexibility. They gave you tons of independence to do your job. Although it depended on what branch you worked at.

Sometimes they expected more from you then they should have. They have little to no guidance and just expected you to figure things out.

It is hard to give a reason as to what I like other than they pay a portion of your insurance premium.

Upper Management of this company lacks leadership and a true understanding of what drives this business. They are best at pointing fingers but never drilling down to the real issues. Departments are pitted against one another.
