Excellent community of people who also want to help students succeed.
Cons
Piled tons of other duties upon me once they learned more of my background working with special needs and behavior challenged students. The downside of that was that I applied for the position to avoid a position with heavy emotional output due to burnout. So the position didn't work out for me.
