Pros

Good work life balance, great opportunities to move between jobs internationally. Great focus on customer satisfaction. Dynamic strategy in line with current market condition.

Cons

The company is very dynamic and while this is a very good thing, strategy at the top has recently been reviewed and changed more than a couple of times. This has resulted in some substantial changes that make focusing on the customer a challenge at times.

Advice to Management

A clear and well communicated focus on what's most likely to improve net sales will deliver results. The intent needs to supported by an encouraging culture.
