-great benefits -great people and leadership -lot of opportunity for growth

Things change, a lot. If you’re not comfortable with constantly having to learn new things and adapt it’s not a fit for you. There’s stability if you can keep up but if not you’ll just end up burnt out. There’s also an over reliance on outsourcing to other countries in my opinion.
