Good company that treats you like family.

Can be a little hectic at times.

Great company benefits. Offer a great 401k, still offer things such as employee holiday parties, company picnics and other random activities.

Not enough room for advancement. It is very hard to move up within the company and for those who do, it seems like it is based on how long they have been with the company. Not necessarily about the work they have accomplished, skills, and or knowledge for the position. Rewards employees based on years of service and not for the work and or goals that they have accomplished. Due to this, you have employees who have worked their for 10 plus years who are at the lower level of the company making more than someone who has a advanced degree that is trying to help grow and innovate the company. A lot of nepotism that goes on within the company and due to this, those people have free reign to do whatever they like with little to no consequences.
