      Not many to call to mind.

      Cons

      If you want to work at a spooky place, this should be your Shangri-La. Staff are expected to work at frantic pace with enormous attention to detail on the payscale of a high school worker. Everything you do will be scrutinized with a near impossible standard to meet. Not only that, but if you don't follow every standard of the Institute like a sheep you will be met with outsider status and will be shunned. If you want to become a mindless zealot, this is your heaven.

      Pros

      As both a former and current employee, to my delight, daily I have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families that have someone special with autism. Once the head chef, (before covid-19) it was my most favorite place to cook for people from all over the world. I have since retired from that career. It is now the most amazing experience to show parents, care givers and some others how they can use The Son-Rise Program(R). I look forward the work and they wonderful, kind people that I work with and learn from every day.

      I personally like an earlier day, like 7-3:30, but 8:30 to 5 is okay too.
