Pros

Hard working team around you and very family orientated....the people you work with will do anything for you if you ask them to. Loyalty is valuated....not sure the freshman 15lb is a pro...but they go out of the way to provide great lunches for staff

Cons

Even though its family orientated, getting freedom to work from home is hard, so people bringing in sick kiddos is not ideal (or healthy)... Benefits are mediocre, but about industry standard for the size of the company

Pros

The support staff is absolutely amazing. The accounting team was always there to help and was great at communicating when there was an issue. The two office managers were absolutely incredible. The internal recruiter was fantastic as well. The kitchen was always stocked with snacks and drinks. They would do competitions every quarter and would hand out cash on the spot. Compensation plan is very competitive (Salary/Commission).

Cons

They have an old school way of running their business. Yes some of the previous complaints are accurate, but not as bad as others have stated. The technology is outdated in the sense of ATS and e-mail. I had a brand new laptop with dual monitors. This is a small boutique recruiting firm. You will only succeed if you are already a skilled recruiter/BDM. This isn't one of the big shops where they can spend 3 months training you. I was rather successful while I was there, so you can do well there. The Medical Benefits are the worst I have ever had at a recruiting firm, absolutely terrible. They don't match 401k at all. There is no career path for people who want to move up in a leadership role.
