      Work with diverse range of clients Learn a lot about business metrics and performance If you think the same way that leadership does then you can advance your career quickly

      Cons

      Leadership team are unprofessional and inappropriate and very intolerant of diversity and challenging the group thinking HR protects the leaders and the company more than representing and supporting the employees Strong attitude of "if you don't agree, you don't belong" Working arrangements agreed when joining are often ignored

      Pros

      There is quite a bit of loyalty amongst the more tenured, older employees. Quite a few people over 50. Lots of "support" in the terms of meetings, but not a lot of direction.

      Cons

      There definitely seems to be a lot of former Gartner employees along with their former colleagues. Pay and benefits are not great.
