Pros

Very good work environment with colleagues.

Cons

Very low salaries compared to the workload. Management keeps On changing every 6 months because they hire from outside the company for very high positions and you end up with a very unqualified manager or supervisor that offer no support and no knowledge of the work what so ever. After a while they fire them and start over again.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
