You are essentially paying £400 for your own ‘internship’. The interview is basically asking if you can fundraise the money. They want you to fundraise £400 to give to the company. I asked them what it was for and it was to pay for their permanent staff and a lot of other cryptic stuff. I don’t think that makes sense at all. The ask you to beg your family and friends for the money. It is like a pyramid scheme. Its not worth your time at all
