Pros

TestDome is a great place to work if you're self-motivated and hard-working. The company is fully remote, so as long as you do your work, you can do it anywhere and any time you want. There's no drama or internal politics, which is a breath of fresh air. TestDome has really nailed its hiring process and continually hires kind, smart, hardworking people from all over the world. The co-founders are data-driven and fair. They are open to feedback, both positive and negative. Their willingness to be open to new ideas has helped with company growth. In spite of the uncertainties brought by COVID-19, TestDome has continued to grow revenue. The entire company has even received pay raises since the pandemic started because the company is growing so well.

Cons

There's not much team culture at TestDome. Luckily, it's something the founders are addressing, so I expect it will improve.

Pros

There are many things I liked while I was working in TestDome: - The company is fully remote, which means you get to set your own schedule. No one will be controlling you - but your efforts will be visible and rewarded. - Various tasks -I was working on frontend, backend, database and also there were a lot of exploratory tasks. - You work on a product - which means that you have time to try things out and decided what is the best, there is no rushing. Do the right things in the right way. - The team is awesome and very experienced, and I've learned a lot from them. - Income is competitive and there are numerous perks.

Cons

I think that remote work isn't suited for everyone, it may look cool that you can pick a time and place to do your job, but you still need to deliver, and I've seen some people having issues if they were given this freedom.
