- High leadership turnover with two upper management leaders changes during the first month and another the next month - High turnover for talent and no effort is made to keep said talent - Very toxic work environment with no willingness to address the employees causing issues. Verbally abusive middle and upper management - Poor work life balance - Constant changes in leadership and direction make it difficult to make long term development goals within the company
