Run from this place - Director Teradata Employee Review

During my first two years I had 5 different managers as my manager kept getting fired as part of workforce reductions. No direction. During my time there they brought in multiple new people in leadership and each one seems to be a miss. I'm not sure why they've retained some leadership team members which put the company in the bad position it's in now. This place is a dumpster fire.
