Great technology. Best of breed in a hot niche. Very good people on-the ground in sales, services, engineering and support, and generally in first line management.
Cons
"Our people are our greatest asset" is not meant to be a "line" - it's a fact and one that needs to be considered in all decisions. That was once the case - is not any more.
