Pros

Pay and Benefits were great, schedule allowed a lot of time off, earned every bit of time off. Overtime could usually be had when needed.

Cons

Everything not in pros. Long hrs., expected machines to be ran at top rating of machine for entire 12 hr shift, machine maintnance not kept up-not do to maintnance men, just greed. Employees in fear of losing their jobs everyday, no consistant training, between shifts or jobs, supervisors tend to put their downfalls on employees at any cost, their in fear of their jobs all the time and are treated poorly, run as fast as you can but stay safe, pretty pathetic approach to safety, if you do get hurt, kiss your job goodbye, it's your fault no matter what. Have a heart attack that's ok, we just want to know when you'll be back. Decisions made by an etch a sketch. Employee who are lazy but are good butt kisser are kept and the hard workers are ran into the ground and quit or are let go with no just cause.
