Pros
Good life / work balance, good brand name in the Nordics, not so much outside.
Cons
Telenor used to be a great company to work for, not so much anymore, too much processes which fosters a hierarchical nonsense, everything needs to be approved by middle management which is quite toxic in some departments / divisions, no talent management and very little opportunity for growth even when consistently reaching targets and above. Downsizing process every year , cost cutting all the time driven by people that have no competence to do so (and do not understand the business) resulting in losing the best people and promoting the " non productive politicians". Overall this does not foster innovation and creativity that is required to move Telenor to the next level .
