Pros

This is a challenging role, but it's up to you to make the most of it. I had the opportunity to grow and shape my career in the direction I wanted - whether that was an individual contributor role or to lead and manage team. Trust and opportunities come to those who dedicate themselves and have great work ethic. If you commit to this craft and work hard, you will get noticed and rewarded. If you are coming new, you must know that trust is earned through hard work and results, so it does not make sense to compare yourself against others who have already established this credibility. This is true in any relationship. The company places a strong emphasis on company culture. They reward and recognize hard work and they take time to relax, enjoy and learn things outside of recruitment. They have a phenomenal training program and you'e bound to learn something new even if you're coming with years of experience. When it comes to branding and reputation, they truly are industry leaders and this gives you the chance to work with leading companies and startups in the tech world. This is a huge plus. There is a solid focus on knowledge sharing and teaching so everyone grows together as a team. They use the best tools and gadgets and you are always welcome to bring suggestions. Ultimately, you have to make the most of this role. If you are financially motivated and you love recruitment, this is a great agency to join.

Cons

Recruitment is hard and comes with long working hours. This is common in recruitment and is not a trait of this agency, so you have to know this coming in. If you are not willing to put in the work, then recruitment is not for you. You have to be comfortable with some level of chaos and ambiguity. Not all processes are defined and clear. But the leadership team is very open to feedback and suggestions, so if you have any ideas, make sure you voice them. Recruitment can be monotonous and comes with it's ups and downs. Again, this is more specific to recruitment in general, but you have to accept this as a reality and be ok with it.

Pros

-Worked with a few good clients when we had any roles to work on.

Cons

- No transparancy at all. Would blame poor company performance on the market. - Employed apprentices in attempts to cut costs and ended up having to let the majority go due to lack of finance. - They say you will get "world class training" but make you do about 3 half an hour sessions about programming languages and then give you no more training. - No HR and do not follow any standard business best practices. - The company now is fully remote, isn't doing well, yet is still trying to hire naïve graduates/apprentices. -Commission structure is poor (if they pay it) as well as very low salary with no clear career progression or salary increase. -Founders are not easy to work with and argue with clients.
