1. If you are fresher, you will get opportunities to explore in this company. 2. You will get to work in development from the next day of your joining. 3. Your contribution will count a lot in the company as it is a startup. You can actually see your impacts in the progress of the company. Also you can track your own progress by setting goals. 4. Friendly work environment
Cons
1. If you are looking for a luxurious place to work , this place is not for you. 2. Lack of expertise and senior people in the company. Which can make you think that you need bigger platform to know your worth. 3. Management needs to take some actions to grow the company. Its always inspirational for employees if company is growing. 4. Its okay to work for a year or two in this company, but later you will realise that you should be working on bigger platform now. You can not grow if you are working with same 20 people on the same technologies. 5. Not the place to make money. 6. As there are less people in the company, you will have to extend your working hours many times and you cant restrict yourself for the specific work. Developers may need to working with testing or UI team sometimes. Developers also need to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
