Good if you are new into the workforce and want to try a few different jobs.
Cons
- stagnating wages (a problem they have acknowledged they wont throw money at) - under resourced and over worked - high employee burn out across the company leading to mass resignations and movements to third parties who offer more money and flexibility - PIPs and micromanagement are rife leading to employees doing the wrong thing to meet KPI's - SaaS+ is a nonsense way to lock in revenue up front. Due to how highly customised customer configuration is, it isn't possible to standardise consulting offerings so customers WILL spend more in Time and Materials despite how they position SaaS+ - Aggressive sales tactics crippling customer relationships - Mass redundancies to cut costs.
