Management is generally supportive, and there is a clear focus on quality and continuous improvement. It’s a great place to build strong experience and work with talented people.

Sometimes the workload can be high, depending on the project.

I learn every day from my leads and from the user stories I work on. TechLabs is a very good place to work and learn from.

I really can't think of real cons but I can say there is no mentorship program for employees, you have to seek knowledge by yourself. But that is understandable.
