Pros
I see a lot of bitter reviews here from employees who have left when they were frustrated and couldn't stick it out for change to happen. Honestly they seem so bitter I'm glad they're gone. The change they write they wanted to see, actually happened already, they just weren't here to see it. The pay for the entry level position has gone up from $12 an hour, to almost $20. Good changes are constantly happening, but it can take a little time. The point is that they listen and they care to make the change. I started here less than a year ago and I have been pushed hard in growing all my skills, but that's whats so great! I've learned so much in just a few moths and I can actually see my career growing month by month. Yes, it's hard work! Yes starting pay is not great, but where I am now from where I started is no comparison. Without this entry level program I would still be working a dead end job. This is a real career! Besides the growth I also get the option to travel around the US with all expenses paid, I couldn't dream of a better job than this. IF you have the grit and want to grow, this is the place for you. If you want to sit back at an easy job and make no growth, then you should stay away or you'll end up as the next negative bitter review. We are a happy group of people and we have a blast, please don't join if you will bring negativity here :)
Cons
Nothing, theres growth, caring management, fun times, all paid travel, and great people and culture
