Pros

A staffing agency that doesn't just make you feel like an employee, but more like a team member. Transparent, professional, and more importantly empathetic.

Cons

That there aren't more locations. I mean can we get some more TeamWRX, please.

Pros

TeamWRX is a people-first staffing company that truly lives its values. As a small-to-medium sized organization, we move fast, stay close to our clients and candidates, and give our team real ownership over their work. Leadership is accessible, collaborative, and invested in developing people — both professionally and personally. One of the biggest strengths of TeamWRX is the culture. We celebrate wins, support each other through challenges, and emphasize accountability without micromanagement. Team members are trusted to do their jobs, encouraged to speak up, and given opportunities to grow into new roles as the company expands. If you are self-motivated, coachable, and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, this is a great environment. We also place a strong emphasis on long-term relationships — not just transactions. That applies internally with teammates and externally with clients and candidates. This creates meaningful work and a sense of pride in what we do.

Cons

Like many growing staffing companies, TeamWRX is still building and refining processes. That means things can change quickly, and not everything is always perfectly structured. People who need rigid systems or large-company bureaucracy may find this challenging. Because we are a smaller organization, team members often wear multiple hats. While this creates great learning opportunities, it may not be ideal for someone looking for a narrowly defined role.
