      Pros

      The biggest advantage of working at TeachEdison's is that people are not micro managed here. Individual's way of learning is appreciated. Knowledge transfer is very democratic. Mentoring is taken very seriously and it is their USP an an employer . Along with that working hours are flexible.

      - Nice work culture - Nice team dynamics - Freedom to explore

      Cons

      - Nothing much. Typical day to day office things where we will get frustrated for that short span. - Compensation might not be as to expected. But heard recently that things are getting better.
