      Pros

      What you will learn is a lot. You will follow procedures, documentations and be able to touch many technologies first hand. It will definitely benefit you in the future.

      Cons

      You can grow a lot in skills, but promotions are not the most fair from my point of view. If management likes you - you will get promoted, the technical knowledge is not the most leading factor.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
