      -They give you basic training initially -Good way to get into IT -Access to training -Nice location

      Cons

      -Once you start working you're on your own -Challenging without any IT experience -No bonus. Little benefits -Salary is low

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
