Pros

- wasn't there long but I liked the mdt working- you get to know staff across wards and departments fairly quickly which really helped patient care. -Generally good relationships between the team and doctors, nurses, other ahps. -Good food in restaurant. - the lead does have a really excellent knowledge base.

Cons

-Micromanaged by the lead who had no trust in anyone, felt like pupil- teacher dynamic at best. -Since leaving I've heard team is also micromanaged by the dietitian assistant which must be awkward. The assistant when I was there was lovely but has since left. -No cpd time. - not trusted with projects, service development or audits.

Pros

Worked with some of the best colleagues I have ever met.

Cons

Management are bullies, you raise concerns about bullying and patient safety and instead they threaten you into silence.
