Pros

- Some really great people at junior and mid senior levels just trying to get on in their careers - Strong, reliable product and fast innovation - The company is growing fast and closing big deals... potential high upside on the stock options (if you negotiate well enough to receive any)

Cons

Nearly all of the negative reviews on here are unfortunately correct. The company has a huge problem with politics for only 1k employees... you will be rewarded for sucking up to leadership rather than how hard you work or how dedicated you are. The leadership will use any opportunity they get to save cash and not pay employees, suppliers and partners. The targets are extremely unrealistic, leading to very low morale across most teams... if you don't hit the targets you're threatened... if you do hit the targets you're expected to hit even higher targets with no support. The average tenure is still about 1.2 years - most people realise after about 6 months that they've been sold a fantasy.

Pros

Do not entertain an opportunity at this firm.

Cons

I would strongly encourage candidates to proceed with caution. My experience with the hiring process was frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch. The role was initially positioned as early career, which was communicated throughout the process. After investing time in multiple conversations and interviews, I was ultimately informed that the company had “decided to uplevel the role” and was now looking for someone with significantly more experience. It’s difficult to understand how a role can shift so dramatically after candidates have already been engaged in the process. Additionally, the salary range listed on the posting does not appear to reflect the actual compensation expectations for the role. Changes in hiring needs happen, but shifting the requirements this substantially after candidates have already invested their time reflects poor internal alignment and a lack of respect for applicants. I would encourage prospective candidates to read other reviews and approach the process with caution.
