Pros

A stable product for managing some HR functions like performance and development. A nice team of people that lives in fear of the top leader

Cons

CEO is not good to work for period, unless you want constantly shifting priorities, messaging, expectations, and a good amount of condescension coming your way - the charm wears off very quickly and you see the abuse that takes place. This is not bitter - quitting was the best option- CEO also dips the beak into a sales deals to reduce commissions. Not professional at all - don't be fooled.

Pros

The people at TalentGuard were welcoming and were quick to teach me the ropes. The CEO, Linda Ginac, has an open-door policy to everyone in the company and will roll her sleeves up at any given moment to get things done. She's a great coach and inspirational leader. I feel especially blessed to report directly to Linda because I get to soak up her insight and knowledge everyday. The work environment is great balance of fun and focused work. Everyone at TalentGuard is respectful, supportive, and open to continuous learning.

Cons

People that are interested in working at TalentGuard should enjoy being challenged and ready to pivot in their role. Not really a con, but worth noting.

Pros

Nice people working there - but nieve because they continue to believe in the house of cards. CEO constantly blows smoke up everybody's a.. but can never deliver. The Company loses clients as fast as they can win them.

Cons

Their gameplan is to build vaule in hopes of a massive buyout. It won't happen. Most toxic workplace ever. CEO makes lots of promises without any expectation of delivering, then makes it seem like you are the problem. Customer service is terrible which is why they lose clients as fast as they win them. Run far and fast, this is not the place to make a career. CTO is toxic as well, always throwing grenades in team meetings to berate everyone.
