Pros

A purpose-driven company focusing on SustainAbility and creating positive impacts for people and planet by the very nature of it's business -- moving equipment rental. It's an entrepreneurial environment works best for self-directed people who also enjoy taking on new challenges and work well in teams. Management invests in education for employees in commitment to and support of their personal and professional career growth. There is a culture of caring and celebrating the small wins.

Cons

In an innovation environment, things don't always come together as planned which can be disappointing and discouraging, making it difficult to renew optimism and keep working on the innovation. It can feel challenging to keep multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously, particularly when a "Plan B" is needed to quickly replace a "Plan A" that did not work out.

Pros

This is a vision driven company, committed to making a difference in the world by combining sustainability with technology. It is the first company to introduce an environmentally conscious container system for office moving and is now following that with a vision for utilizing wireless tracking technology, cloud software and online marketing towards broadening the base of individuals and companies that utilize ecological moving practices.

Cons

The challenges of working at the company are energizing for those of us who share its vision and are committed to it. But the company's environment has not work out well for some of my fellow employees who do not share the company's values and commitment. They tend to get frustrated and complain about the demands put upon them, and some have left for more traditional jobs.
