HR support and communication could also be strengthened to better support employees working on international projects. Greater focus on leadership engagement, transparency, and consistent support structures would likely improve overall morale and retention. At times, investment appears to prioritise corporate events or executive-level benefits, which can feel misaligned with the needs of employees working on projects day-to-day.
