Pros

It's a fun industry to work in and provides great experience. Fun staff and a job that challenges you.

Cons

Locations outside of the metro are overlooked and are outcast. They promote managers that are maybe qualified for the job but don't belong in that position due to personality and attitude. A lead manager of a property is consistently horrible to their staff and is the reason people are quitting and nothing is done. They get to do whatever they want and walk all over people. VP's are made aware of it and it's totally overlooked. Company doesn't pay very well (they want to make everyone salary so they can work you 60-70 hours a week) and doesn't show appreciation on a property level.

I am so sorry you experienced a lead manager who was choosing not to live our core values. There is no excuse for a leader to treat an associate less than the way the leader would like to be treated. Pros

Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

Cons

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
