Poor & Under-Qualified Senior Leadership - Senior Marketing Manager TELUS Employee Review

- Extremely poor direction from senior leadership - Very disorganised/messy structure - Shameful leadership style - I saw senior leaders at the top berating and using their employees as scape goats instead of empowering them and helping guide them to success - they impose intense and unnecessary pressure to succeed with a complete lack of guidance and direction - no one knows what they're doing and hopes that someone else can deliver the results. I was shocked by the level at which this company operates - I have never seen something like it at such a large organisation. They have clearly only stayed in business as Canadians are strapped for choice when it comes to wireless carriers. If this company had to seriously compete in an open market, it would fall flat on its face. Don't be fooled by the cute critters.
