- Collaborative culture, good people for the most part - Very differentiated access given the platform's size and brand - Work-life balance (by no means 9-5, but better than hedge funds)
Cons
- Poor compensation for junior/mid-level (compared to similar firms) - Lack of mobility (teams are very siloed) - Mentorship culture needs improvement (you can get it, but really need to push)
