    Pros

Great products. Best coverage and great pricing

    Cons

Sr leaders clearly don’t understand how to lead enterprise and strategic. Too much emphasis on activity. Targets aren’t realistic in most cases which will cause churn of experts early in the life of Ent/str teams

    Pros

if you like sales it's a good place. I had one great manager who I really respected and who taught me a lot but then they moved. employee training was good.

    Cons

the one pro was i did have some really good coworkers and maybe two good managers who i really respect still today. but cons for me as an 18 year old girl- HR was being called constantly at our store. we were on a constant rotation of managers because our store was known as the "training store". when I was still there it was basically like a college dorm. everyone was sleeping together, partying together, and doing other things that I'd never put up with now. one manager had inappropriate relationships with different workers. total lack of respect. we would go to a party, something would happen, and the next day there was always a fight. caused a lot of that lack of respect towards managers. another would look down any woman's shirt constantly. and being only 18 it was so uncomfortable and a new position I had never been in before, so I didn't know what to report. I was told I needed a doctor's note if I ever called out once which is actually not legal. they needed better training for managers. and these managers were really young too.
