      Just when the Pandemic started, Synopsys had a huge layoff in April. They don't care about their employees. They also have multiple 1-2 reorgs a year. Base salary is significantly lower than industry

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
