Pros
Industry leading company, very nicely profitable. Pays reasonably well and has attention to work/life balance. Most people are nice and competent.
Cons
Very little career opportunities, little room to grow, both in terms of salary as in terms of responsibilities. Some of the people that have been with the company for a long time have rusted into their position.
