Worst company I have ever worked - Anonymous employee Synophic Systems Employee Review

I worked in Synophic for a short period but it was hell. For starters/freshers mayb it's good. But after working in a MNC, it felt very worse. The management don't know what they are doin. Everyone hates the HR. Forget about professionalism. They put many blames on you without any investigation. Really had a very bad time here.
