Pros
I've been working at Switchd for around a year and a bit more. During my time here, I've grown not only professionally but also personally. I've started university this year and they've changed my role to part-time and the experience has been good in terms of their flexibility. The workplace culture is like no other, we all get to be friends without ever surpassing boundaries. Super thankful to be working here!
Cons
Could be a bit intense and you might have to step out of your comfort zone at times as we're a growing business and any skill is useful. It is never bad to try new things though!
